Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arrivora (“Service”), a product of Contractive LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arrivora. You are responsible for any content submitted through your account, including forms and client data.

2. Account & Subscription

  • Each firm is required to create a user account to access the dashboard and features.
  • All paid features require an active subscription via Stripe.
  • We may change pricing or features at any time with notice via email or in-app.

3. User Data

You retain ownership of all content submitted via your intake forms. You grant us permission to store and process data strictly to provide the Service.

4. Restrictions

  • No illegal use of Arrivora is permitted.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without permission.
  • You may not submit forms containing sensitive health, financial, or biometric data unless you have appropriate legal compliance (e.g. HIPAA).

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.

6. Disclaimers

Arrivora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, form delivery, or suitability for any particular legal or compliance use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contractive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or inability to use Arrivora.

8. Privacy

Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we’ll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws.
